Raisin Grape Drying Processing Line is a mainly line machine that can be produced by my factory. Steps are as following:
de-blocking → bubble washing → stairs washing → spray washing → centrifugal dewatering →oil mixing → vibration de-oiling(optional) → inspecting → packing and taping → metal detecting
Other product freezing line and drying line can be made too.
Freezing processing line
washing→ cutting→ blanching→ normal temperature cooling→ ice water cooling→ vibrative draining→ conveying and material spreading→ IQF
