• Product Structure

  

The IGT series winch drive / track drive consist of planetary gearbox, axial piston hydraulic motor, wet type multi-disc brake and valve block. By adopting our patented technology and design experience, our product feature high total efficiency, compact design, and wide speed control range. The series can be directly installed on a wheel or track of a mobile vehicle, and also can be used for hydraulic winches and hydraulic capstans.

 

Their installation dimension and technical performance are similar to equivalent products of Rexroth, Brevini, Nebtesco, Nachi and Sauer Danfoss.

 

• Application

  

The drives have been widely use in main and auxiliary winches, crawler rotary drill rigs or wheel and crawler cranes, truck and cutter head drives of milling machine or road header, road roller, track vehicles, aerial platform, self-propelled drill rigs and marine cranes. The drives are not only widely used by domestic big customer such as SANY, XCMG, ZOOMLION, but also have been exported to Southeast Asia, Middle East, India, South Korea, Netherlands, Germany and Russia and so on.
