High Speed series (big bear support)
§ Equipment use
1. These high speed tubular stranding machines are used for the stranding of copper wires, aluminum wires, and ACSR. They are also used for the making of steel ropes. Among the stranders, the model 100, 250, 300 are specially designed to strand steel ropes. Straighteners are mounted on the model 250, 300, stranders whose take-up traversing device are driven by the machine proper.
2. Model 100 and 200 stranders are driven by 3-phase AC motor, while the model 250(more than wtp) by slipring induction motor or AC frequency conversion motor.
