Clamp is made as per DIN3015 and meets national heavy machinery standard. This model has 8 series (fixing pipe outer diameter from 6mm~102mm),applicable to the pipeline fixing environments of low mechanical strength. It is used to fix the pipelines of medium pressure and low pressure (PN≤8Mpa)with oil, water and gas as medium in the mechanical hydraulic systems of meltallurgy, ship-making, petroleum, chemistry, oceaneering, engineering machinery and such other industries.

Hexagon head bolt/hexagon socket bolt+cover plate+clamp body+welded base plate/rail nuts
2. Material
 Clamp body: plastic PP-polypropylene /PA-polyamide /AL-aluminium
 cover plate:  carbon steel  (Zn-galvanised) or  stainless steel (SS 304/316)
 Bolt: carbon steel (Zn-galvanised) or stainless steel (SS 304/316)
3. Temperature
 PP: -30°c up to + 90°c  green
 PA: -40°c up to + 120°c dark
 AL: -80°cup to 300°c grey
