Powder granulating machine
1. Granulating theory
The dry granulator adopts two rollers compaction. Between 2 rollers, there is a gap. One roller is fixed and the other is floating. With the support of hydraulic pistons, the floating roller is pushed close to the other and the hydraulic system can has the action of compensation and protection. In the surface of the roller, it is profiled with plenty of grooves. Feedstock (powders) is fed into the gap between two rollers by screw. With rotating in reverse of two rollers, powder are compacted into "Pencils". After compacting, "Pencils" are twice crushed into granules and screen finally.
2. Price
The price is between US$30,000 and US$140,000 in terms of different powerful machine. The price is for carbon steel.
3. Components and dimension
Its main components are bucket conveyor, feedstock silo, ration charging machine, screwed feeder, flaking machine, grinding machine, granulating machine, vibration screen, electrical control cabinet.
