it’s up to transmitter’s transmitting power. Currently, we have
transmitters TX2008, TX863, TX-3CH/2CH for options, yet, the most
powerful is TX-3CH, and we strongly recommend you TX-3CH for silent
disco events use.

Q6: Is RF988 led wireless headphone rechargeable or running on AAA*2 alkaline
batteries?
RE: At present, RF988 headphones with 600mAh Grade-A built-in li-ion
battery, supporting over 8 hours working time. If you prefer for longer
playing time, customized big-capacity battery is available.

Q7: How to charge RF988? Maybe, it’s a headache to charge so many
headphones at a time?
RE: Usually, each RF988 headphone can be charged through connecting
headphone to PC, via USB charge cable. Yet, to make charge solution
easier, we can offer you one type of 16-port transformer, which can
charge as many as 16PCS disco headphones at a time.

Q8: Can I set 4 channels?
RE: No problems. We can set many channels as you need. Yet, to avoid
interference, 2 channels/3 channels/ 4 cannels are recommended. Price
the same for 2/3/4 channels.

Q9: Can I order 100PCS?
RE: Our silent disco headphones are outstanding in bass performance,
comfortable wearing and good durable. As the direct and professional
manufacturer, we can offer you the most favorable price. To give you a
chance of trying your local market, initial order 100PCS can be
acceptable.

Q10: Can I print my logo?
RE: Yes, if you order more than 200PCS, we can laser engrave your
brand onto the headphone, which can glow in different colors to indicate
channel difference.

Q11: How can I pay?
RE: For small amounts less than 500USD, Paypal or Western Union
acceptable. For big amounts, bank transfer/ LC payment is adopted.

Q12: How long it takes to receive the goods?
RE: If headphones are out of stock, we need about 25 days to produce
the goods. As for shipping time, it depends on airway (about 7 days) or
ocean delivery (about 25 days).
