Product Description
YH series is our high-tech automatic textile printers. Aimed for higher production output and faster recovery of investments, it's equiped with intellegent micro-processor, minimal maintenance requiement but top quality print result, leading to the superior printer in any print workshop. It is available in 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16-color models with 500×700mm maximum image area, The machine suitable for printing on garment materials, T-shirts,sleeves, pant legs, fabric sheets,paperboards,glass plates , EVA and PVC/PU sheets & bags etc.
Features:
1. It is combined the advanced technology from home and abraod, high speed and nice-looking appearance.
2. Automatic screen positioning system with precision turnables, placidly steady running, excellent localizer.
3. Every squeegee and flood-bar can be operated separately by independent chopper, speed adjusted by frequency,slight air pressure.
4. Yaskawa servo motor drive system makes its running smooth,precies and quick rotation.
5. Center computer controller system with multiple and interchange languages.
6. Excellent Squeegee/flood-bar working unit to ensure the screen frames' easy &fast change-over and freely ink load, colors registration is visible.
7. Three curing zones in each flash cure unit can be set independently.
8. The flash cure unit can be installed in the print frame as a curing unit and interchange with print-head if necessary.
9. Double-station indexing capability increases production output.
10. Bounce switch is for skip over empty pallet or badness print to less waste.
11. High-density printing effect capability, pnumatic and tool-free pallet locator speeds up pallet changover for optional.
12. Special printing size and flatbed size can be made according to customer's requirement.
