EPS Sandwich panel is a new and lightweight building material with low price and stable quality which can be used in extensive scope.

Features:

1. EPS sandwich panel is made of two layer color coated steel sheet and an EPS layer in the middle.

2. EPS sandwich panels are flush shapes & peak and valley shapes available. The joint connection can be teeth shape and clip shape.

3. Thickness of the skin (color steel board): 0.4-0.8mm (electroplating/galvanized/stainless steel)

4. Thermal conductivity: 0.032kcal/m.h.c

5. Sandwich Core: Polystyrene (EPS) Density: 12-25kg/cubic meter

6.EPS sandwich panel with the available Thickness(mm): 50, 75, 100, 120, 150 & 200; With the available Width(mm): 950mm, 1000mm, 1150mm and 1200mm; With the available Length: Depend on the construction demand and generally it is less than 12000mm.

Application:

It is used for roofing, wall of steel-construction workshop, and ceiling, internal partition of clean room.
