Dry inorganic powder compaction granulating

1. Applications

Our dry granulators are suitable for granulating and pelleting dry material whose humidity is below 10%.

1.1 Fertilizers: potassium sulphate (SOP), NPK compound fertilizers etc.

1.2 Chemical material: snow melt agent, antioxidant, fire retardant, cement retarder etc.

1.3 Construction material: all kinds of gypsum, e.g. desulfurized gypsum, phosphogysum etc. Gypsum granulating/briquetting machine is our featured machine.

1.4 Ore: phophate rock, ulexite, rock salt, dolomite, etc.

2. Output, size and shape

2.1 Small size and irregular shape: output is between 200 kgs/h and  5,000 kgs/h, granules size is on request.

2.2 Big size and oblate, square, oval shape: output is between 3,000 kgs/h and 12,000 kgs/h, pellet size is on request.

Please note that size is bigger, output is higher.

3. Granulating/pelleting theory

Two rollers rotate in reverse, materials between rollers are extruded. They are not smooth surface rollers.
