Product Features: 

1. It can greatly increase the resin adhesion for various base materials;

2. It can greatly improve the layer’s adhesion between finishing paint and primer;

3. It can be added in the first stage with good long-term storage stability;

4. It can get best effect under high temperature baking;

 

Product Application:

Base material: plastic, chemical fiber, wood, metal

Oil-based system: UV paint, metal paint

Water-based system: water-based ink, water-based coating, water-based primer

 

Recommended Amount (for total formula):

Silok®6207            0.5-2.0%

 

Storage and Validity:

This product should be stored at normal temperature and avoid light, it should be sealed up immediately after using; the shelf-life of the product from the date of production for 18months.

 

 

 

Application Method:

It can be added directly in the paint or resin system;

If post added, it could achieve best efficient when keep the paint for about half an hour;

 

Use Restrictions:

This product is untested or stated to be adaptable to medical or pharmaceutical.
