The lowing distance can be separately controlled by computer for the upper quench and lower quench, so it's easy for them adjustment and control of the glass flatness.

Reasonable air hole layout and swing of rollers remove tempering stress spot.

Special design heating system and intelligent power adjustment make the temperature control more accurate.

 

 

4. Special designed control system, easy operation and management.

We use Beckhoff Germany control system for the machine. The parameter, formulas are saved based on glass thickness, easy for operater.

 

 

5. High quality parts for the machines

The machine use high quality electric heating part, motors, ceramic rollers, control parts from famous Germany / Japan / Chinese supplier.

The annual service cost of the machine is very low for the parts has low malfunction rate.
