Introduction of 5XZ gravity separator

5XZ gravity separator is the suction type used for separating grain and seed which have same shape but different in gravity, finally obtain the best seed and grain which will be used for sowing.

 

The 5XZ gravity separator has upgraded, which has two vibratory motors. The gravity separator works without rubber vibration absorbers. It proves to be time-saving, more efficient and durable.

 

Application of 5XZ gravity separator

The gravity separator can efficiently remove moldy kernel, immature shriveled, insect damaged seed or broken seed to ensure maximum quality of the final product. The gravity separator can be used to separate most kinds of seed and grains, such as coffee bean, wheat, barely, maize, corn, sunflower seed, etc.

 

Working Principle of 5XZ gravity separator

By air aspiration and sieve oscillation, the seed is fluidized and stratified. Heavy seed (good seed) sink into bottom layer of material on the sieve while the bad seed (light seed) suspends to the top layer. After stratified, materials go forward to the discharging part. Bottom layer good seed fall through the sieve discharge from outlets. The light seed with bad quality will be discharged directly. Mixture quality seed through sieves and return back to feeding hopper via vibrating material reflow gear.
