1. The rotary ring type safe door structure is adopted
The design enables full-automatic opening and closing of tank cover. The opening and closing of the extracting tank are stable without the occurrence of bumping. High temperature extraction can be realized, providing more selections for the extracting technology. It can also meet some special technological requirements, such as fumigation treatment to the material through passing steam of certain amount of pressure into the extracting tank. It is safe and reliable, provided with sufficient safety guarantee functions. For example, when pressure exists in the tank, the tank cover cannot be opened. When the liquid remains in the tank bottom, the tank cover cannot be opened. When the tank cover is not closed in place, the locking device will not operate. The redesigned seal ring is featured by reasonable structure and long service life. According to users’ actual service conditions, the extracting tank can serve at least more than 10 years with no leakage at the tank bottom.
2. Double-layer bottom filter board structure
The filter board at the bottom of the extracting tank adopts the double-layer design. One layer is made of stainless steel sheet with a thickness of 5-6mm and round holes with a diameter of 10mm at its top. This layer plays a supporting function. On the supporting layer is a layer of thin stainless steel sheet with a thickness of 0.6mm, with long holes of 0.5 X 10mm distributed at its top. Comparatively speaking, the long holes are more difficult to be blocked. The steel sheet of this layer is machined by laser punching, which has smooth surface and is easy for cleaning.
The double-layer filter board has a hinge structure at the 1/4 place, which can be conveniently opened to check the cavity and its cleanliness under the filter board. Thorough cleaning of the extracting tank can be ensured very conveniently. The bottom of the extracting tank is provided with solvent distributing space and diversion parts, which are suitable for circulative extraction and transfer of solvents.
3. The sight glass provided with scraping brush is adopted
According to the disadvantage that the sight glass at the top of the ordinary multifunctional extracting tank is smaller and it is very hard to clearly observe the extracting situation in the tank when the sight glass is polluted during boiling and extracting, our company has designed and allocated the integral sight glass provided with scraping brush or water spray at the top of the extracting tank to achieve better lighting effect and large observation area.
4. The high quality flexible tube is adopted on the tank cover at the bottom
The tank cover at the bottom of the extracting tank is provided with the high quality flexible tube, which is featured by firm connection, no leakage, long service life, high temperature resistance (150°C), free of maintenance, and free of any replacement or maintenance at least within 5 years.
5. The cylinder cover opening and closing mode is adopted
Two cylinders of large tension are allocated at the sides of the extracting tank. The opening and closing of the extracting tank are executed by the two cylinders. The two cylinders have longer travels. When opening the cover, press the cover open button, the cylinder will finish its whole travel at a certain speed, the cover of the extracting tank will open slowly and the medicine residues will gradually drop into the dust cart at the bottom of the tank. In addition, just loosen the cover open button, the extracting tank will instantly stop opening. It has good safety and can also control the dropping of medicine residues.
