The Cutter Suction Dredger of steel construction, the non self-propelled, dismountable type, is able to berth and dredge at any waters both in the coastal area and inland rivers.
The dredger can be used to excavate and transport cohesive sediment below the class I specified in code for dredging engineering construction technique issued by Ministry of Water Resources(MWR) of P.R.China.
The dredger is powered by diesel engines. The main diesel engine is to drive the dredge pump, and in the free part of the engine, one set of power distributor is equipped, to supply power for all other equipments such as cutter, swing and ladder winches, and the spud rams etc.
The dredger is painted by 4 layers of marine paint to protect from the corrosion. The ZINC anode can be used to give better anti-corrosion function.
The spacious control cabin is ergonomically designed with 360 degree view. All the operation buttons, swifts, indicators, gauges
are equipped on the control desk. Only two operators can control all the dredger in the operation room.

1.How do you control the material quality before producing dredgers?
* Checking the Business License and Registration Certificateof Suppliers.
* Using calipers to test the thickness of steel plate.
* Using sclerometer to test the hardness of the steel plate. 
2.May I customize my own dredger painting?
 * Sure! All DINGKE Dredger construction parts are of shot blasted plate with shop primer. Dredger after construction and assembly all rusty surfaces, welding spots and damaged shop primer will be cleaned and coated with primer.
* The painting of machine parts, readily supplied by third parties will be cleaned and touched -up in the original color.
* Color scheme according to owner's specification.
