F61KB Liquid Flow Switch
The F61 Liquid Flow Switches are single-Pole, Double-Throw (SPDT) flow switches that are used in liquid lines carrying water, ethylene glycol, or otherliquids not classified as hazardous.they can be wired to energize one device and de-energize another device powered from the same source when liquid flow either exceeds or drops below the set flow either exceeds or drops below the set flow rate.
Note: The F61 Flow Switch Cannot be used where the liquid in the pipes will drip below the liquid’s freezing point, causing an internal freeze-up.
IMPORTANT:F61 Flow Switches are designed for use ONLY as operating controls. Where an operating Control failure would result in personal injury and/or loss of property, it is the responsibility of the installer to add devices (safety, limit controls)or systems(alarm, supervisory systems)that protect against or warn of control failure.

 

 

 

 

 

Q1. What is your terms of payment?                                                                            

A:Usually,we accept T/T,irrevocable L/C at sight.For regular orders,we prefer 30% in advance,70% against the  copy of B/L.For long term business relations, we have more advantage terms for payment.

 

Q2. What is your terms of delivery?                                                                             

A: We accept FOB,CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

 

Q3: What is the lead time?                                                                                             

A:It usually takes 25 to 35 days after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. If the item was non standard, we have to consider extra 10-15days for tooling/mould made.

 

Q4: How about tooling Charge?                                                                                    

A: Tooling charge only charge once when first order, all future orders would not charge again even tooling repair or under maintance.

 

Q5. What is your sample policy?                                                                                   

A: We are glad to send flow control valve  samples for your inspection.Standard samples can be free, but the clients need to cover the freight cost.

 

Q6. Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?                                  

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

 

Q7: How to confirm the quality with us before starting to produce?                        

1) We can provide flow control valve samples and you can  choose one or more, and then we make the quality according to that. 2) Send us your samples, and we will make it according to your quality.

 

Q8: How to solve the quality problems after sales?                                                   

A: Take photos of the problems and send to us. We will make a satisfied solution for you within three days after we  confirm the problems.

 

Q9. What is your terms of packing?                                                                              

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons. If you have legally registered patent,  we can pack the goods by your logo after getting your authorization letters.

 

Q10. Do you test all your goods before delivery?                                                      

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. We have QC team comply with TQM,each step is in compliance tothe  standards.
