ZH-880BFT Automatic Crash bottom Folder Gluer Machine.

It is designed for Crash lock bottom box, double wall box and straight line box

 

 

 

Feature:

1. The machine is adopted with strengehened single-side driving system, for steady running and easy maintenance.

2. The motor is adopted with infinitely varible speed drive and power saving.

3. Delivery is adopted with several thick belts cooperation with shaking motor, ensuring continuous,

ecact and automatic feeding.

4. It is adopted two side of the high-speed grinding equipment, which makes the glue more stable, firm and glued.

5. It offers two groups of the upper and lower gluing bucket, which is adopted with automatic adjusting vertically in gluing bucket, and teeth rods for adjusting horizontally, for easy operation.

6. It is adopted with touch screen, PLC controller, photo-electric counting, automatic sheet kicker.

7. Conveyer part is equipped with sponge belt, ensuring product quality, transversely paper platform and receiving paper box quickly.

8. The machine is able to 2d-folding, 4-foldiing with bottom gluing. In the pre-foldinig part, the firs fold and third fold can be exchanged by 180degree or 90 degree. The second fold and the fourth fold can be molded in 180 degree. The special design is also available.

9. It is adopted with import high quality belt.
