Main Features

1. The whole machine is designed and manufactured according to the high requirements with the reliable and safety function, enable the quick order changing and user's friendly operation.

3. All the driving gears are imported products, with harden treatment and its Rockwell hardness is above 60 degrees.

6. Gear box adopts gear oil pump and spray lubrication to ensure the teeth of the gear can be properly lubricated.

7. Each working unit is motorized for open and close action, with the warning alarm to ensure the safety.

8. The feeding roll, pressing roll, rubber roll and anilox roll are finished grinded and electroplated by thick wall seamless steel pipe.

9. The pressure adjustment system are used by auto-lock turbine box.
