Description
1. Product Features
Elastic sealing structure is being used to achieve automatic compensation of both axial and radial displacement, so that jamming of the shaft can be avoided when system goes under big external shock force. Sealing performance is thus guaranteed.
The shaft works without abrasion due to its fluid sealing structure.
Maintenance of static and dynamic sealing rings can be done offshore in a quick and easy way, which saves cost and increases on-duty time of the ship.
No grease is required.

3. Air pressure in the inflated seal compartment: 0.3~0.5 Mpa.
4. Cooling water pressure: 0.01-0.40 Mpa.
5. Leaking volume (per 100mm in diameter): ≤1.5 L/h.
6. Working temperature (surface): ≤65°C.
7. Life span: same as ship.
4. Model Selection
1. Size of the seal is determined by parameters like shaft diameter and structure of the place of installation. If the shaft comes with shaft liner, size of the seal should be determined by diameter of the shaft liner.
2. Enough operation space should be allocated for maintenance engineer during design and model selection.
3. Customized design can be done according to user requirements, such as size, structure and interface.
