Product information:

Production process: Pay-off --> Alkali washing(Degreasing) --> Washing --> Annealing --> Pickling

-->Hot water cleaning --> Electro-galvanizing -->Washing -->Drying -->Take-up

 

For the annealing furnace, you can choose fire directly fired annealing furnace; Or non-oxidation annealing furnace, for this type there is not necessary for pickling, reduce the wire oxidation wastage and acid consumption, incrase the woking invironment.

For the pickling bath,you can choose fumeless picking bath.
