 Floating washer tank to cleaning the dirty material.  

 Material are SUS304 stainless steel, 3mm thickness,equipped with level detector device.

 High speed friction washer machine, rotation speed reach 1200rpm,  

 process with water, to remove material surface dirty. Bearing use world famous brand.

 Horizontal dewatering machine(centriful dryer) rotation speed reach 1500rpm,to remove water from the   material, equipped with automatic cleaning inside screen device.Bearing are world famous brand.

 Plastic film squeezer machine, specially designed by our company, this machine can replace the dewatering machine. Compare with dewatering machine, this squeezer machine has advantages as below:

 2. low rotation speed, low noise.

 3. less space occupy.

 4. final products are granules shape, easy to transportation, and easy to feeding on pelletizing line.
