Applications

The captioned machines are applied to produce various narrow elastic, non-elastic fabric and furbelows. Through computerized jacquard control and 320 heald threads and 8-10 pieces of heald frames it can produce picture designs, text designs and symbol designs.

Our computerized machines are equipped with the latest electronic jacquard unit and computer system is controls the operation of the electronic control mechanism.

 

Dual language control system display (Chinese or English).

 

Control panel is user friendly, which allows quick and easy way for changing designs.

 

Computerized jacquard control system has a memory capacity of 10000 picks, and designs that are created on the standard industry CAD software’s are compatible to our system, software which includes JC5, EP, UPT & DAT.

 

The computer system is capable to display production status, such as manufactured quantity for single shift and total shift, production speed and the current weaving position. There is a special function which automatically stops weaving when a given quantity is completed, this quantity is set by the operator or the preproduction planner.

 

Quality spares and solid craftsmanship allows the machine to run efficiently and effectually, with minimal noise level.

 

The timing pully used on our machine are very effective, this enable a quick and easy setting for both jacquard and the mechanical weaving unit, which allows a high efficiency and effective to the production and end products.
