1. ZC pulp pump with semi-open impeller helps to get strong and effective trafficability, transferring the pulp with certain amount of gas and impurities.
2.Double large volute design of outlet can decrease the radial force.
3.The outer adjustable lining board can keep in line with the gap between impeller, which makes the pump run continously and effectively.
4.Sub-impeller dynamic sealing ensure no leakage after a long-time of pump operation, meanwhile multi-shaft seals can be configured as per clients' requirements.
1) Packing seal:filled by lub-oil, It is easy to maintain and replace.
2) Single mechaical seal: used for pulp below the concentration of 4.5%.
3) Double mechanical seal:used for harsh media and corrosive media, which prevent the leakage.
5.Transmission components with high strength can keep the pump run stably. The shaft can be lubricated by thin oil.
6.The rotor can drawn out in backwards without dismantling equipments during maintaining.
7.The rear support component keeps the pump operate stably, without influenced by external force.
