ZH-1300BFT (Folding Gluing Machine)

 

ZH-1300BFT (Bottom-lock Folding Gluing Machine), is designed for crash-lock bottom box, straight line box, and double walls box etc. Special design is also available.

 

 

Feature:

--The machine is steady running, easy maintenance, power saving with high speed.

--It is adopted with double face tooth rod to make adjustment in place, precise and rapid with the cooperation of upper and lower linkage.

--It has two groups of high speed gluing bucket both in upside and downside while it gets teeth rods for horizontal adjustment which is easy to operate.

--It is adopted with touch screen, PLC controller, photo-eletric couning which is automatic sheet kicker.

--Conveyor part is equipped with pressing sponge belt to ensure quality. And the transverse paper platform can receive boxes quickly.

--The machine is able to 2-folding, 4-folding with bottom gluing. In the pre-folding part, the 1st fold 180 and the 3rd fold at 90 degree. The 2nd and the 4th fold can be molded in 180 degree.
