A:We are the factory.
Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q3: What's the minimum quantity?
A: Our minimum order quantity is according to the product, because there are many kinds of products, their minimum order quantity is not the same.
Q4: Do you provide sample? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight. If the sample you need is customized, we will charge the sample fee.
Q5: What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment<=1000USD,100% in advance. Payment >=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance,balance before shippment.
Packaging & Shipping :If the total order amount is less than 1000 usd or 4 boxes of goods, we usually choose DHL or FedEX. Normally, it would be by air or sea.
Payment terms : 30% deposit should be T/T to ourbank account before our prodution.
the balance 70% should be T/T to our bank account before each shipment.
