This generator features a unique outer rotor and coreless structure. The generator achieves noise-free rotation, together with extreme smoothness; the cogging torque than impedes rotation is not generated. The rare earth magnet generates a strong magnetic field. In addition, the multipole design can generate high voltage even at minimum rotating speeds and realize high-power output and improved efficiency in the range from low to high wind velocities.

 

Gear-free direct drive mechanism.

 

Unique reinforced structure of flange ensures wind resistant ability strong and a good resistance to corrosion.

 

This generator features an outer rotor structure, and the armature windings do not use the silicon steel sheet. so the genenerator starts without reluctance torque, which can reduce the start-up wind speed of the wind turbine.
