Our Servo-design confectionery depositors continues to set the standards for reliability and productivity. Unique design and continuous innovations maximize the output capacity, and allow the complete control of the whole process. The processing line is a compact unit which can continuously produce various kinds of hard candies under a strict sanitary condition. It is also an ideal equipment which can produce out good quality products with the saving of both the manpower and the space occupied.

FEATURES:

1)     Pattern- cell and Servo design allows higher depositor running speed,  easy maintenance and cleaning;

2)    Continuous process for minimal product wastage;

3)   Accurate auto-control of deposited volume of the product in PLC;

4)   Easy for the changover of the product dimension and weight;

5)    Full PLC control with LED touch screen for easy operating;

6)    The production capacity from 150 kgs/h to 600kgs/h;

7)   The whole plant is made of hygienic Stainless Steel(SUS304)

8)    Optional (mass) flowing controlled by Frequency inverters ;

9)    In-line injection, dosing and pre-mixing techniques for the proportional addition of liquid;

10)  Dosing pumps for the automatic injection of colors, flavors and acids;

11)  One set of extra chocolate paste injection system for making chocolate-central candies;

12)  Use  AUTOMATIC STEAM CONTROL SYSTEM instead of manual steam valve which controls a stable steam supply to the microfilm cooker;

13)  “two/three-color stripe depositing”, “two /three–color double layers depositing”, “central filling”, “clear” hard candies and etc. can be made.

14)  Moulds can be made according to the candies samples provided by the customer.
