Radiator plastic tanks are made from modified engineering plastic PA66 with 30% glass fiber by injection molding,it is a main spare parts of car radiator.The radiator belonging to vehicle cooling system were composed by three parts:inlel & outlel plastic tanks,header plate,radiator core.The flow of coolant in the radiator core became cold for transfering the heat to air,while the air became hot for get the heat from radiator.so the radiator is a heat

exchanger.
