Usage

 

It is used for inspecting and rolling the finished products and the compound materials. According to specific requirements of customers, it can be equipped with a width shear device so that desirable width can be available easily.

 

 

Characteristics  

1. This machine integrates inspecting function with rolling inspection perfectly. The whole machine frame is mace of U-Steel which ensures a long services life.


2. It is novelly designed, perfectly and compactly shaped and highly economic.


3. It just covers a small area and can be stably operated.


4. It is equipped with a speed adjustment dynamo and a speed adjustment device, which ensures free speed converting.


5. The length measurement is carried out by computer so that you can know the length every time.


6. Infrared photoelectricity edging device and hydraulic edging system ensure that the error for edging is less than 10mm.


7. It can be equipped with a width shear device so that desirable width can be available easily, and it can also be equipped with a large automatic cloth-extending system of a-800mm-diameter.
