Q1: Are you a trading company or a factory?

A1: We are factory specialized in manufacturing plastic parts for stationery, garment, raincoat, etc. OEM & ODM services are available.

Q2:What is your sample policy? 

A2:We can provide free samples but express cost on your account or you can offer us your courier account.

Q3: Can you make according to our designs?

A3: Yes, customer design,especially OEM/ODM is welcomed. Please feel free to send us your design for development.

Q4: Do you have stock? When can I get it if I pay?

A4: For items sells online , some have stock, we can send out within 48 hours. For items not available, we need about 7-15 days to make and it also depends on your order quantity.

Q5: Why your price on website is not same as real price?

A5:The price on the website is only a rough quotation.Many factors such as quantity,material cost and exchange rate will affect the price,so the real price will be subject to our final confirmation.

Q6: How can I place orders?

A6:Item,quantity, color and size are basic elements. Customer must give us these information for PI making. Any doubts,please feel free to contact with us.

Q7: How can I make the payment for my orders?

A7:We accept T/T, L/C, Paypal, Western Union, Cash.

Q8: Can I change my order once it is confirmed?

A8:We regret that we are unable to remake it once one order is produced. We don’t have any refund policy for confirmed and flawless product, but we accept your changes before we send the order to production.
