2, Technical Introduce (aluminum strip casting mill)

 

Aluminum strip continuous casting and rolling process is an advanced production technology, which is imported in the eighties. The basic process: Aluminum Ingot→ Melting Furnace → Static Furnace→Removal Of Gas→Filter→Tip→Rolling Mill→Intermediate Unit→ Coiling Machine

 

 

Its characteristics: Aluminum strip pass through melting and casting become molten aluminum. It can be casted into slab with 5-10mm thickness ,800-2200mm width, then coiled. It passes through cold rolling mill to finishing.  So that the aluminum ingot, heating, hot rolling, open aluminum strip are omitted in the aluminum strip production process. Greatly reducing the production process, construction funds, also the production of metal burning. Reducing energy consumption while achieving continuous production of aluminum sheets.
