LW Series Dry Type Wire Drawing Machine

 

1. Usage

This Kind of machines ( pulley or OTO type wire drawing machine) is an ideal equipment used for drawing steel wire material of high-, medium- and low- carbon steel , as well as copper,alumium and alloy, the machines are applied to draw wire in the nail, screw and rivet making factories etc. 

 

2. Structure: the equipment consist of main reduction box ,die casing , wheel frame ,

wire brace and electrical control system . the spinning drawing blocks are driven by JZT or Y series motor ,with gear coupling runs changeful gears to reduce speed. The drawing blocks are vertically fixed in sealed box body , the gear pair are lubricated with oil.
In order to lower residual heat on the surface of the block ,the cooling device is installed in the inter-wall of the block.

 

3. The machine runs with carwl or linkage. The safety halt gear is installed by the position of operation block.
