Function: This machine is used for the glue lamination of foam, fabrics, EVA as well as the materials for making shoes, hats, gloves, handbags, leather garments, sofa, seat cushions of the car and etc.

 

This machine is used to glue and laminate the cloth, leather, non-woven fabrics, net/mesh and other materials on sponge, reborn sponge, EVA and PE. It has characteristics of smoothness without crimple, fastness of conglutination, saving on power and quick composite. 

 

Features:

(1) The design of the complete machine emphasizes on the stable performance and secure supervision.

(2) According to the request of the cloth and the glue, a variety of specification chromium rollers are made by measurement, which improved the lamination quality effectively and decreased the glue consumption.

(3) It adopts the net/mesh belt of high temperature resistant on hard chromium roller and the process of pressing cloth proceeds evenly.

(4) Replacing the spring pressing roller with the cylinder which raises the whole speed.
