Function: It is suitable for inspecting and relaxing different materials whose diameter is within 90'' (2280mm)Cloth winding and examining machine with automatic edge control is used for both winding knitted fabric, elastic fabric, rubber.

Material is automatically edge controlled by pneumatic hydraulic controller, which makes material winding neater.

(1) Equipped with forward and backward rolling methods, which is convenient to inspect the cloth material.

 

(2) The speed of rolling can be set according to different needs.

 

(3) Several types of size and models are provided to be chosen and fit for different thickness of fabrics.

 

(4) Equipped with bright light pipe devices, the degree of brightness can be adjusted.

 

(5) With the cloth relaxing system, it can inspect and relax the cloth at the same time.

 

(6) It has tracking units with electric eyes in opposite sides, which can roll the cloth neatly. Besides, it has an automatic stopping device that is to say it can stop automatically when the cloth is rolled at the tail of it.
