Widely used in the cold welding for the wire of  copper, aluminum, gold, silver, nickel, Platinum, zinc, Tin, niobium tantalum and other non-ferrous metal wire/rod

  Copper: 0.30mm-1.30mm

    Aluminium: 0.30mm-1.50mm

Welding process:

2. Thread the wires, into the dies:

 

3. Welding the wire, by squeeze the machine's handle.

 

4. Take out the wire, then clean the flash:

 

5. After clean the flash, the welded wire can do drawing again.
