Product Description
This 100tons machine can work in small job site and we designed two clamping box which is for side piling mechanism.
the main parts are as following:
1. 4 lots of clamp chosen from optional specification of pile applied;
2. 2 x A7V58 oil pumps for main machine and 1 x 25YCY for crane.;
3. 100m cable, 1 set of tools and lifting rigs supplied with the machine;
4.Full filled with original wear-resisting hydraulic oil.

1.Attachable side & corner piling mechanism what can be dismantled, 3 clamping cylinders for side pile;
2.Separately clamping box and clamping cylinders, 4 clamping cylinders for center pile;

5.This type of jack-in machine can be loading and off loading by itsself,there is no need to dismantle the movement mechanism during transportation.

Q: What does the hydraulic static pile driver used for?
A: The hydraulic static pile driver is used for jacking in the precast cast concrete pile. Any shape is ok, like square pile, round pile, triangle pile, tubes,H-pile and so on. It is no noise, no pollution, no vibration during working. It is static pile driving type for piling .
Q: How about the lead time and payment terms?
A: Normally it is 30days after deposit is received if there is no special requirements. Both T/T and L/C as payment terms are ok for us.
Q: How about after sale service and warranty of machine
A: We will send engineer to assemble the machine and train the operators and maintenance . 1 year warranty for machine structure and 6months for main spare parts, but lifelong after-sale service provided.
Q: Is the customization acceptable ?
