Auto Works Painting Line Feature

Multi-bays Line: Prep station + Paint booth + Baking booth + Polishing area

Working process:

1. Park the vehicle on the four movable jacks in the waiting area.
2. Push the vehicle to the wanted working area in order, and then carry out Body works, Sanding, Priming, Masking, finishing paint, Drying, Polishing and Assembly in this line.
3. The transition in different areas is realized by moving vehicles along the jacks.

Structure:

1. Painting and barking are working separately in this line, vehicle can through from the moving door in side wall. With close curtain at two side of optional prep station.
2. This line consists of painting room, baking room, rails and movable jacks. Prep station and infrared light are for option.
3. Painting room and baking room are connected in parallel. Ventilation and heating system placed at rear.
4. The transition in different area is realized by moving vehicles along the jacks.
5. Pull& Push Folding Door is standard, automatic control vertical suspending door and sectional suspending door for option.
6. If specified with vertical suspending door, the height of workshop should be at least 5800mm.
7. A small spray booth can be installed outside the line to do the painting and baking for parts.

1.Wet sand, vertical suspend door without exhaust system.
2.The model about are suitable for saloon car, concrete basement made by user.
3.Nonstandard design plan can be made as requirement.
