Application:
It is mainly used for the laminating the high-tech products of underwear industry, such as foam, fabric, EVA and etc. It is used for the sizing and laminating of foam,fabrics, leather, EVA,high-foaming materials,etc.,and the sizing and laminating of materials for making shoes ,hats,gloves,handbags,garments,car cushions and so on.
Usage of machine:
Using glue roller to coat glue on one material and laminate with another material, then pass through heater drum for hot curing, and finally laminated materials will be rolled up in coiling block.
Laminating material: PU foam to fabric or fabric to fabric or non woven fiberfill to fabric or PVC leather to fabric etc.Machine with simple surface rewinding device and heater drum with 4 sets of simple pressing roller.
Features:
(1) Equipped with several safety protection devices.
(2) It is suitable for PU single solvent-based glue and other glue for underwear.
(3) This machine adopts five rollers to heat step by step. The temperature in each section can be adjusted according to different fabrics and glue to ensure the lamination quality.
(4) It can be chosen to install 3 or 5 rollers as per client's practical commends.
(5) It has characteristics of smoothness without crimple, fastness of conglutination, saving on power and quick composite.
(6) The material processed by this machine has the qualities of softness, smooth to the touch, waterproof, air permeability, resistance to dry cleaning and wet cleaning. The original texture of the material will not be changed after being processed ,which can not be reached by the traditional spot-gluing and laminating machine for cloth.
