Embossing roller is base on high-quality alloy-forged piece, molding by heat treatment of machining. The surface hardness is HRC58-62. Pattern can be designed regarding the customer’s template which the similarity can reach 95%. Hard chromium plating and polishing to deal with on the surface of pattern can prevent from rusting ,abrading.
