How to eat

• Roasted by infrare, clean enough and no need to wash again. Just put seaweed in a bow, add into 100°c soup, ready to enjoy.


• If choose to wash again before cooking, please wash less than 1 minute with 100°c boling water or brine with 4~5% salt content, so as to avoid clearing the nutrience (phycoerythrin) away.
