As a professional manufacturer, our products are various, such as DIN 1480 turnbuckle, commercial type turnbuckle with hook and eye, JIS frame type turnbuckle with eye and hook, rigging screws with jaw and jaw, U.S. type turnbuckle etc.
1) Material: Stainless steel (SS316, SS304), 45#, 20# (carbon steel).
2) Surface treatment: Electro galvanized, hot dipping galvanized, self-colored or according to customers’ requirements.
3) Standard: Meets to the performance requirements of Federal Specification FF-T-719b Type 1, FORM 1, except for those provisions required of the contractor.
Proof load is 2.5 times of W.L.L.; MBS is 5 times of W.L.L
