Tings 5 Gallon Bottled Water Filling Line:
This Series Barrel Filling Machine is specially designed to produce 3 or 5 gallon barrel drinking water, production line, which is ideal for production for mineral water, distilled water and pure water. The use of top quality stainless steel guarantees it high-performance resistance of corrosion and easiness of cleaning. With major electrical components coming from SIEMENS and OMRON, and original components for gas path imported from AIRTAC, combined with interior and exterior spray nozzles for cleaning barrels provided by know-how enterprise of American spray companies. This machine is of compact design, high efficiency, accurate and sensitive response and high automation level to ensure its stability and reliability as an entegrated (machine, electricity and gas) full automatic barrel filling line.
Application: This machine is a washing-filling-capping integrated machine, which is mainly used for 5 Gallon bottled water filling process. It is designed for shortening the contact time between drink material and outside, so as to improve the sanitation condition of the water product and increase the economy benefit.

Automatic Decapper
1. Adopting PLC and pneumatic cylinder, it can work in line. cap-removing head does not damage the cap and bottle mouth at all. So cap can be re-used. Capacity is adjustable. It is compatible with a wide range of bottle height and cap diameter.
2. With the barrel controlled by photoelectrical signal. Under the condition that no barrel or the outlet of cap-removing machine is jammed, the barrel will be transferred to the lower part of the cap-removing head by transferring belt for automatic positioning.
3. The cap-removing head consists of four pieces of arch covers. The head is open and pressed on the opening of the barrel. With
four pieces of arch covers tightened and locking the edge of the bucket opening in a fast way. After that, the barrel is raised
and the cap is removed. Then it is released automatically, with cap blown to the collective sink by air.
4.The whole process is controlled by computer.
