Tracheostomy tube holder

 

Brief Introduction:

Provides secure postioning of tracheostomy tube on patient.

 

Instruction for Use:

1. Thread long, narrow fastener tabs trough flanges on the trach plate

2. Bring tabs back over flange and adhere to the neckband.

3. Secure fastener tab of short band to long neckband. Adjust for proper length.

4. Cut off excess materail for proper length.

 

Caution:

1. For single patient use

2. Disposable

3. Do not wash

4. Do not cut off fastener hook tabs

5. Change the holder daily or more ferquently as required. Change after patient bathing.
