Some of its properties include termite resistance, moisture and stain resistance. Strand Woven bamboo is harder and similar to African Teak in hardness, more stable than hardwood and it is easy to clean. Although the cost of bamboo is fairly high, it is in most cases more affordable than the solid wood types.
