Saga's vacuum wood dryer is PLC automatic controlled. with human interface screen touch control panel, user just need to type in wood type, end humidity need, system will process by itself with warning and abnormity detection system

 

high frequency and vacuum pump starts and pushes automatically during drying, water comes out of the wood is automatically released by water control system to a water holding tank. Weight calculating system gets the data of weight change of the wood, by this, the moisture content within the wood is readable.There are some wood drying programs within the control system, mainly are some common hard wood.
