Ruizhou vibrating knife CNC leather cutting table is the first self-developed leather cutting machines in China. This professional leather cutter that is able to do interactive cutting, drawing and punching in a single workflow, cutting out accurate leather patterns within a short time.

* Availability of automatic nesting facilitates the production efficiency;

 

* Its cutting speed is 4 to 6 times the speed of traditional manual cutting, making it possible for quick material input, quick parts output and quick production. Generally, our RZCUT-2510 can produce about 500 pairs of shoes (10 parts/pair) per 8-hour.

 

2. ACCURATE

 

* The safe distance of the parts can reduce down to 0.1-1mm.

 

* Computerized by Ruizhou leather nesting machine, its cutting error can be reduced to less than 0.007mm, avoiding the situation of cutting defects by laser cutter and errors by manual cutting, thus generate more accurate shoe parts and ensure the quality of the product.
