LTA1010/2 jig separator(beneficiation equipment) does down-moving under a single raw and double jigging chambers. It uses water as medium, and separates according to the density difference between the gangue and useful minerals. This Sine wave jigging machie is widely used in jig dressing of tungsten, copper, tin, gold, iron, lead, zinc, manganese, and so on. 

Copper ore beneficiation for copper sulfide mineral upgrading 

COPPER Floatation separation is mainly used to IMPROVE copper ore. But for Simple CuS2 ore, gravity separation jig machine can be used to upgrade at the very first. And here we will introduce a flow sheet. The raw ore will be crushed and rod milled to liberate the copper granules from the impurities. Then the liberated copper ore can be put into the jigging machine to get the rough copper concentrate. Then thhis concentrate from gravity jigging machine can be milled again and then can be further beneficiated by floatation separation to get final copper of 45% TCu.
