Technical Specification :

High Speed & Efficiency Plastic Granulating Extrusion Line is used for recycling and color mixing for ABS, PS, PP, PE and PC ,especialy for PC from CD & DVD crushed material .

The line adopt multinomial advance technology and configuration, ensuring it capable of mixing , plasticizing ,exhausting ,and make plastic grain color mixing equally , dense, brightness and high output .

 

Main Technical Characteristics :

1. Large L/D vent-type screw with forced mixing design for extruder ensuring material mixing, plasticizing , exhausting efficiently.
2. Forced circular water cooling with spiral copper pipe in barrel , control heating temperature automatically and accurately , make sure the material good plasticizing , not color change and stable output .
3. Advanced low-noise , hard surface gear box with forced lubricating system ensure the extruder continual running in high speed .
4. 27 knife cutting machine make plastic granule and cut in low-noise .
