Product introduction

PVC flex banner is a kind of plastic compound reinforce film which has fiber net between two layers of plastic film. The net film has some features such as light in weight, good transparence, good mechanical performance and lower cost. It's used in many fields, such as architecture, agriculture, environmental protection, and transportation etc., which can be used as substitute of tarpaulin and traditional film.

 

Structure features

Compound the fibre net with the top and bottom films continuously.

 

Any kind of plastic film that adopts extrusion technology can be used, such as PE, PP, PVC, PA, EVA film, etc.

 

Common compound methods such as dry compound, melting compound, hot-melting glue compound, etc. can be used here.

Using terylene thread, cotton twine to shape cross fiber net.
