Rotational moudlding or Roto Molding which is a high temperature, low pressure thermoplastic forming process .

Our molds are made of international standard aluminum. Our products are made of food-standard PE material which we import from USA, Korea, Saudi Arabia, and Thailand. We use this material because

it is non-toxic, odorless, sturdy, durable and impact/ weather-resistant (it can be used in temperatures ranging from 90 degree centigrade to -30 degree centigrade).

We have expertise in all kinds of mold texture processing and Teflon coating according to our customers' 

requirements. This professional process makes our molds look smooth and shiny.

Our experienced and highly skilled technical design team use advanced CAM softwares (like UG, Solidworks, 

Auto CAD, Pro/E) to translate your ideas, pictures, drawings and prototypes into high quality, accurate molds 

with no pinholes at all - ensuring that the end product has uniform wall thickness and smooth surface.

We have more than 50 high tech equipments in mold workshop, such as imported CNC, digital miller, electrical 

sparkle, linear cutting machines and so on and around 20 sets of rotational molding machines in the rotomolding

 workshop.

In 2001 we applied for and were awarded ISO9001:2000 International Quality certificate. 

As one of the leading manufacturers in China we were appointed as a council member to the China Plastic 

Processing Industry Association's RotoMolding Committee in 2005 and we joined in International Rotomolding 

Association in the same year.
