Silok®87 is ultrahigh molecular silicone dispersion with excellent abrasion resistance and super slippery feel

Product Properties:
Good anti-sticking
Super slippery and high abrasion resistance
Have no effect on surface gloss
Not effect on leveling and will not have silicone shrinkage

Product Application:
PU synthetic leather
It’s good marproofing agent for PU synthetic leather,
mainly for dry process PU leather fabric and mirror leather

 

Water base paper varnish:
Silok®87 is typical marproofing agent for water base paper varnish, compare to Silok®50, its abrasion resistance is a little worse, not easily have silicone shrinkage, improve leveling, need to be use alcohol to dilute 1–2 times before using into the water base varnish system.

Water-based textile coating
Silok®87 is feeling and slipping agent for water base printing paste and textile coating, it can increase gloss.

 

Solvent base coating
Silok®87 is suitable for all solvent base coating, it can provide excellent anti-scratch and slipping, good resin compatibility.

 

Use Restrictions:
This product is untested or stated to be adaptable to medical or pharmaceutical.

Storage and Validity:
Unopened stored at the temperature of below 38℃; the shelf-life of the product from the date of production for 18 months.
